Bring your team into the new season

Carry last season's team forward and re-register your returning players. For most of your squad they're already on file, so it's much easier for everyone. (This is for continuing an existing team, not setting up a brand-new one.)

At the end of a season you carry your team into the next one: the same squad and coaches, automatically bumped up an age group. For returning players there's no form to hand out (it auto-sends), and parents don't re-type last season's details (the app remembers them). Easier for managers, easier for parents.

Roll your team over and invite your squad

  1. 1

    Start the rollover

Go to My Teams. You'll see a "Roll over your team" card for the new season. Click Start rollover. Your squad and coaches carry over and the age group bumps up automatically.

    Start the rollover
  2. 2

    Choose who carries over

On the next screen, tick the players from last season you want to carry over (untick anyone who has left). Carried players are roster-only and stay hidden from parents until each one re-registers. Click Carry squad into next season. No emails are sent yet.

  3. 3

Add a photo (optional), then send

You'll land on the Ready to send board. If you've already got a player's photo you can add it now (parents still approve it). When you're happy, click Send to last season's parents (one email per family). That's the only point anyone is emailed: each parent gets a link to register their child again.

Add a photo (optional), then send
  4. 4

    Parents are emailed automatically

Every parent of a carried player receives an email asking them to re-register for the new season. You don't hand anything out. It goes automatically.

  5. 5

    Add a brand-new squad member

Got a new player who wasn't with you last season? Open the Squad tab and scroll to Add a new player to the team at the bottom.

  6. 6

Hand out an invite yourself (optional)

Prefer to share a link directly? On the Squad tab, click a player to get their registration link, a QR code to show in person, a ready-made WhatsApp message, and a copy-link button.

Easier for managers, easier for parents

  • No form to hand out. It auto-sends to last season's parents.
  • Parents don't re-type last season's details. The app remembers them.
  • Nobody is emailed until you hit send, so you prepare in your own time.
  • Carried players stay hidden from parents until they've re-registered.
